FRAMEWORK
Our strengths and values inform everything we do regardless of employer, job or location. How I frame my approach to work is influenced by the strengths I cultivate and the values I hold. Together these are my FrameWork.
Strengths
My work related strengths according to The CliftonStrengths assessment are:
Strategic, Arranger, Communication, Maximizer, Individualization, Responsibility, Activator, Context, Connectedness, Competition
For those not familiar with CliftonStrengths, I have reworded my first five Strengths to be more clearly understood and relevant as: Strategizing, Facilitating, Communicating, Maximizing and Assessing Individual Strengths and Differences.
Values
I align myself with individuals and organizations that share values I hold dear.
Fairness — its basic, but from sandbox to boardroom, fairness matters now more than ever before.
Beauty — If I have to look at it everyday, it would be nice, if it were nice.
Brilliance — I love genius, innovation, art and the spectacular. I love the best of the best.
Grace — Anyone can cross the street, but few do it with grace. Simple elegance is a gift.
Kindness — It costs nothing and yet is the most treasured thing a person can possess. No one can steal it and everyone can give it away.
